One of the world’s leading experiential marketing platforms aimed to upgrade their product by integrating solutions they provide into their clients’ web services ecosystem.
Zapier was chosen as an integration web-based service that would allow end users to manage their event-marketing activities via other applications.
Results
We have developed a custom application for Zapier and aligned it by means of an OAuth2 data exchange between our client’s marketing platform and the new app. This app receives information about all events through the API from our client’s website and passes it to other applications. It became possible to manage such information as the list of events, the list of guests for each event, the names of guests, emails, etc. Also, it helped to invite new guests via a wide range of more commonly used web-services.
