Project overview:

Web and mobile platform to manage exercise programs, allowing users to schedule workouts, learn and perform exercises, track their progress, and communicate with a coach. 

Platform helps women over 40 track their activity, lose body fat, build muscle, restore metabolisms, and balance hormones using the authniqe method.

Main challenge was balancing simplicity with functionality to create a user-friendly app for women over 40 who have limited experience using apps. This made designing an intuitive, user-friendly interface essential.
Extra focus was placed on user testing, adapting the interface based on indirect feedback, such as user behavior and retention.

Emphasoft engagement:

We began in November 2023, releasing the project in 3 month as an MVP and in 6 month as a Beta version.

Web application: Vue.js was utilized to handle dynamic content, such as form validation during user account creation, real-time updates, and interactive elements such as dropdowns or modals.

Mobile application: Flutter was used to create cross-platform app, allowing the team to target both iOS and Android devices efficiently.

4 Modules: The .NET framework served for the server-side logic, offering a scalable, robust, and secure platform for handling the app’s business logic. It powered the RESTful API that connected the Flutter mobile app and Vue.js web app to the database and authentication services

UI/UX: Using Flutter’s set of pre-built widgets and a flexible rendering engine, the team designed a modern and intuitive user interface, successfully adapted across different screen sizes.
