Park Place is a community of real estate investors who want to invest together. They needed a realty service system for sellers and investors. Emphasoft developed a system to help users to find estates and contacts, create deals, and invest money.

Results

Emphasoft built and launched a realty service for sellers and investors. We provided end-to-end development for the platform. Our developers used Node.js, React and Angular.js to create the platform.

 

Emphasoft created:

  • an ability to create companies’ cards and add investors and their deals to them
  • a location indicator
  • a Google Maps Company search with ability to filter by Company Name
  • a control system of creation deals, additional contacts, and Stripe payments

 

Today, the Park Place system helps people who want to invest money in real estate together, and Emphasoft develops and supports the main technical equipment.
